2. Tickets are non-refundable for no-show or swap situations. Tickets are only valid for the person whose name appears on the ticket.
3. Tickets can be rescheduled only once, and only if notification is made before 17:30 hours. Once rescheduled, the ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Cancellations can be made before 17:30 hours and will incur a cancellation fee of 15% from the refund. All refunds must be collected at Tee Pee Transport office (location).
5. Tee Pee Transport reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Tee Pee Transport may deny boarding to any passenger who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
